Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Riding with my dad, blasting Southern rock, Lynyrd Skynyrd and Stevie Ray Vaughan, taught me guitar. Back home, my mom spun soul—Bill Withers, Stevie Wonder—teaching me melody and feel. That blend became the foundation of everything I play and sing.
