About Jessi Uribe
With his smooth, romantic vocals, Colombian singer/songwriter Jessi Uribe forms a major figure in his country's 2010s/2020s música popular scene. Building early popularity through appearances on a number of domestic talent shows, he landed major hits in the 2010s with ballads like "Matemos la Ganas," "Dulce Pecado," "Ellas Así Son," and "OK," amid early albums Vuelve a Ser Mi Novia (2015) and Repítelas (2019). After winning Popular Artist of the Year at the 2020 and 2021 Premios Nuestra Tierra awards, and marrying partner and fellow Colombian talent Paola Jara, he issued a large number of albums through the 2020s, including a further four studio albums, numerous live projects, and collaborative LPs with his father (Canciones de Mi Padre) and wife (Despecho a 2 Voces).
