Named for the per-second rate at which film travels through a projector, 16 Frames is the brainchild of singer-songwriter Steve Sulikowski. The Los Angeles quartet also features guitarist Josh Dunahoo, bassist Dylan Wilson, and drummer Daniel James. Influenced by U2 and Coldplay, they released their debut album, WHERE IT ENDS, on Verve Forecast in spring 2009 after having placed songs on episodes of TV series like THE HILLS and MEN IN TREES.
