Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up in a musical extended family going to church. We were part of the worship team. I started playing guitar after my brother quit his school band and we returned his instrument and received store credit for it and I got a guitar.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Fall Out Boy, From Under the Cork Tree Marcos Witt, Poderoso Various Artists, Wow Hits 2001 I grew up listening to Marcos Witt at church. I then started discovering various other artist through my introduction to the WOW CD that showed me that there were other types of different styles of Christian music. Fall out boy was my favorite.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Make You Proud” I wrote this thinking of my dad. I hope to make him proud with my life when I see him again someday. I still want to write more songs about him, he loved music as much as I do.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Discovering that I could write songs. I always thought I was only a musician.
