Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical moments was watching my pops be a local drummer for Marvin Gaye. Then he went on to become a local DJ. Watching him inspired me to become the artist I am today.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? 2Pac, All Eyez On Me JAŸ-Z, The Blueprint Scarface, The Diary 2Pac had been my favorite since I could remember. “All Eyez On Me” represented PAC’s come back. Jay Z’s “The Blueprint” set the tone for that soulful, street music I love. Scareface’s “The Diary” is an undeniable classic. These were soundtracks to me
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “NoFux (feat. P3rk)” I love this song because of the timing. I’ve been in the game over 20+ years, producing & engineering for all the big names. This was the 1st time in awhile I got back “behind” the microphone. It felt good & I’ve always been a fan of P3rk.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments of my career is producing & engineering for Lil Wayne.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? On my bucket list as an artist…I would like to work with: Jay Z, Nas, Kendrick Lamar, Drake, Future & a few others. But also I would like to build a sound with up and coming artists that will be the future legends.
