Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
At fifteen I was programming beats on a ZX Spectrum — no samples, no MIDI, just tone commands and intent. Something unlocked that night no plugin has ever replicated. Every track I make still reaches back to that room.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?

Moderat, Moderat (Deluxe Version)
The Prodigy, Music for the Jilted Generation
Each one changed what I thought electronic music could say. The Prodigy proved aggression was an emotion. Moderat made restraint devastating. GusGus made me believe a track could be a place you actually live in.

We are doing perfectly organised mistakes. I’ve spent twenty-five years learning which ones to keep. This track is the ones I kept.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Live performances with crazy people around and long road trips… that’s basically my entire career summary. The booth, the van, the studio at 4am — it all blurs into one long feeling. I wouldn’t trade any of the blur.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
My book will be ready asap. It’s about what happens when you keep making music through every kind of loss — studios, countries, versions of yourself. The music was always the constant. That needs to be documented.
