Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
My earliest memories start with church choir, holding a hymnal in a collection of voices and trying to find my place.
My siblings would tell you that I was always singing, whether it was mimicking Debbie Gibson or Sarah Maclachlan. I wouldn't stop.

These albums are all about the vocals for me. True and haunting, heartbreaking and freeing.
I learned so much about soul and harmony from these great albums, I must have listened to each more than a hundred times.

This song was on my list for a long time, and Trio Velocity brought it forth beautifully for our interpretation.
Written by Michael Feuerstack (Snailhouse) it is the penultimate heartbreak song, of which I happen to know a little about.
