Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I remember practicing the guitar when I was 6, while all other kids where playing soccer outside. I couldn't join them, because the guitar was more important.

Pavement, Crooked Rain, Crooked Rain
Weezer, Weezer
Weezer made me pick up the guitar again, after years of listening to Eurotrash.
Plans introduced me to well-written lyrics. Using metaphors to explain how you feel was a life-changer.
Pavement made me realize that songs don't need to be perfect.

“Slecht, Maar Het Uitzicht Is Prachtig”
Written on a cold winter night in the city of Koksijde, far away from friends and family. I needed to change my life, get out of there, and stop living like a hermit.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Playing in a sold-out venue where people didn't know we opened first.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
One more full album would be great. The songs are there. Time is not on our side.
