Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember asking my dad to teach me something on his guitar when I was 5 years old. He sat me down on the amp in the dining room and showed me how to play Smoke On the Water. I played the riff over and over until nobody could take it anymore.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Daniel Powter, Daniel Powter Regina Spektor, Begin to Hope (Bonus Version) These are two of the first CDs I ever owned as a kid and I played the fire out of them. I would credit them with having a huge hold over my musical interests - especially as a self-producing artist.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Night Driver” I wrote Night Driver after reconnecting with an old flame and realizing I still had incredible feelings - unrequited feelings. I was thinking a lot of One Headlight by the Wallflowers, and, maybe more strangely, Fast Car by Tracy Chapman.
