Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Sitting backstage waiting for my 2 song showcase every set during my uncle's band show. I wasn't 21 yet and not allowed in the bar area. The whole show would stop and I would walk out from backstage and sing 2 songs then retreat backstage again.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Eagles, Hotel California Ten Years After, A Space in Time (Deluxe Version) Todd Snider, Near Truths and Hotel Rooms Live Hotel California is just so well done top to bottom. The only album Alvin Lee attributed to having ample time to work on in the studio is this one - they are my favorite band of all-time. And I wore out this album from Todd Snider - at his best IMO.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “It Ain't That Easy” This song is really a statement piece. After I wrote it I decided to go on this journey of letting the world hear my songs. That's why it was the first release. It speaks of resilience in the face of self destruction and overwhelming odds.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I had a guy tell me he was the V.P of operations for Geffen Records once. Said he landed his helicopter out on his yacht and came to talk to me. Just a drunk guy at the bar but memorable.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? I'm just writing and producing songs. It would be such an honor to have one of my songs recorded by an A-list artist or get a song placed in televisions or film.
