About Arthur Nery
Serving up beat-laced R&B and soul powered by velvety vocals, Arthur Nery turns personal experiences into open-hearted letters to OPM fans. The Cagayan de Oro native was inspired by his singer parents but pursued a psychology degree and worked various jobs—including as a wedding singer—before a support gig with comedian Wacky Kiray finally helped him get a record deal. The dreamlike musings on his 2019 debut LP Letters Never Sent and hits like the achingly mesmerising “Pagsamo” have seeped into pop consciousness, establishing the songsmith as a deeply resonant voice of heartfelt OPM moods.
