Underground rave duo Atomic Babies teamed producers/remixers Joey Jupiter and P-Smooth, who first collaborated in 1992; famed for their completely live shows -- produced sans DATs and CDs -- they made their recorded debut in 1995 with the single "Sub-Conscious," followed by a series of releases including "Barbarians," "NY vs. Germany" and the 1997 EP Juice. The Atomic Babies' first LP, Breuklen Heightz, appeared in 1998; Target Android came a year later, followed by a live album, Atomic Babies Live: Target Android, in 2001. The duo returned in 2002 with Unhyped!, its third full-length. ~ Jason Ankeny
