Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest musical memories is watching a Michael Jackson concert as a kid, around five or six years old. I was blown away by the performance, the groove and the emotion. I didn’t know it then, but that moment probably planted a seed.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Daft Punk, Discovery Daft Punk, Homework Michael Jackson, Thriller My top 3 are Thriller for timeless groove, Discovery for blending emotion and house music, and Homework for its raw underground energy and influence on my sound.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Lady (Hear Me Tonight)” Lady (Hear Me Tonight) is special to me because it represents the funky, soulful side of house music that inspires my own sound. The groove is timeless.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of the most memorable moments so far has been seeing two of my DJ sets reach nearly 2 million people organically from nothing. It showed me the music was connecting far beyond what I imagined.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? Playing a sunset set in Ibiza is definitely on my bucket list, along with releasing music that DJs I admire play in their sets. I’d also love to build a catalog of records that people associate with timeless groove.
