Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was eight, sitting in a damp pine forest while my grandfather tapped a frame drum beside a crackling campfire. I pressed a pocket recorder to the moss, trying to capture both the heartbeat of the drum and the whisper of the wind.
