England's Basement keep the '90s D.I.Y. spirit alive with their melodic hardcore punk sound. They initially garnered buzz for 2011's I Wish I Could Stay Here and 2012's Colourmeinkindness. Following a period away, they signed to Fueled by Ramen and returned with 2016's Promise Everything and 2018's Beside Myself. Coming off a second hiatus, they returned to their original label Run for Cover for 2026's Wired.

Members of Basement include, or have included, James Fisher, Alex Henery, Andrew Fisher, and Duncan Stewart.
