What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Lana Del Rey, Ultraviolence (Deluxe) Deluxe Version Madonna, Erotica Sky Ferreira, Night Time, My Time These are the strongest albums I’ve known, lyricism is complementary to the music. These are the women who created a path to my artistic vision.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Diablón” This single began with a very raw and rocky demo. Suddenly I understood this could be my opportunity to show my Latin American influences, and how well I could accomplish a Neo-Perreo song that criticized substance abuse, but also was sensual.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? I am a poet, before I finally decided I needed to make music I released two poetry books. These books represented a change in my career path, I started recognizing I was able to accomplish it all, so I was brave enough to musicalize my ideas.
