About Basual
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
When I was eight, my family and I were at our country home. After a long day's work, my father put on Dire Straits' "Money For Nothing" at full volume. The music was a revelation.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Charly Garcia, Clics Modernos
Metronomy, The English Riviera
Virus, Locura
I'm inspired by the clean, original sound of Metronomy's album. Joseph Mount's vocals are stripped-back and captivating. "Clics modernos" is a timeless classic. "Locura" is as elegant as the night fog.

“Confía”
It's a reminder I use to boost my faith in myself and humanity.
