Artist Biography
Beltline originally began in 1997 as a bedroom recording project that only consisted of a mini-synthesizer and a four-track recorder. Eventually branching out through a number of basement and club appearances around the Northwestern United States. With a set that contains a number of melancholy pop tunes and an instrumentation of drums, bass, cello, keyboards, and guitars, the band would contribute to a number of compilations before Jealous Butcher Records released the band's first full-length, These Things You Do at 4am, in 2001. ~ Mike DaRonco
