Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I remember my brother sitting me down and making me listen to Jaco Pastorius, Kool & the Gang, Led Zeppelin, Jimi Hendrix and Cream. "Wrapping Paper" (Cream) and "Jungle Boogie" (Kool) were my favorites. That experience changed my life.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?

No Doubt, Tragic Kingdom
No Doubt was my first favorite band. "Just a Girl" was pivotal for me. Nikka Costa taught me how to be the artist I imagined with her attitude, power and soul. Jaco is still my go-to album. I listen to it more often than any other.

“WOMAN”
This song fills me with power every time I hear or play it. I'm so proud that it inspires other women to be strong, too. I wrote it for my all-female festival (F.I.R.E.), which also fills me with such pride. Women need to support each other.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Playing with Devon Allman just before his dad (Gregg) at Jones Beach was insane. But I've had so many people invite me into their lives by allowing me to be the soundtrack. I can't describe all those moments put together, but it's profound.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I want to do it all - travel the world, be on TV, bring my music to millions. And even if I don't - the fun is in trying. I love what I do every day and couldn't feel more grateful. My biggest hope is that I inspire my son to follow his own dreams.
