Artist Biography
From 1998 to 2001, the nearly seven-foot tall, 330-pound Big B was the menacing frontman of hardcore group 187, which featured collaborations with the likes of Ice-T and shared stages with bands including Cypress Hill. B left the group to go solo as an MC, incorporating a roots-punk flair into his rhymes. His debut as a rapper, HIGH CLASS WHITE TRASH, was released in 2004. He quickly hit the road, opening for other hip-hop acts like Tech N9ne and Insane Clown Posse. In between stints on the road, B dabbled in side projects like the Subnoize Souljas and recording several follow-ups to HIGH CLASS, culminating in 2009’s AMERICAN UNDERDOG.
