Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I remember listening to the end of Queen's "Bohemian Rhapsody" with my friend and waiting for the last bit of the song, becoming obsessed with how they chose to write that. Still one of my favourite memories of music appreciation I've had in my life.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Elton John, Captain Fantastic and the Brown Dirt Cowboy Marvin Gaye, What's Going On Remastered Stevie Wonder, Songs in the Key of Life In terms of production and songwriting, these three albums exemplify the definition of perfect music. The soundscapes created in these albums inspire me on a daily basis.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Catch Fire / Renfrew (Demo)” This was one of the first songs I've ever written. And it will always hold a special place in my heart, both lyrically and as a production experiment.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Creating "Over the Shoulder (Demo)" with my best friends. We created this song with the notion to record something as if the listener was in the room with us. We were left with something extremely memorable to us, and I hope, the listener too.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To create music that people can associate their lives to. This is an ongoing project, although, and more tangibly I would love to perform these songs live consistently.
