Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was six, I sat at my mom's Carl Czerny baby grand piano and began to freely accompany the sounds of our apartment. My next most impactful life musical moment came when I was 14, 7 years into Juilliard, when I first heard Jimi Hendrix.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Keith Jarrett, Somewhere Before: The Keith Jarrett Anthology - The Atlantic Years (1968-1975) Pat Metheny, From This Place Wayne Shorter, Native Dancer Wayne Shorter is truly one of the greatest composers of all time and Native Dancer is exquisite. The Keith Jarrett "American" Quartet is simply my favorite band. Pat Metheny's From This Place is cinematic and expressive, and beautifully performed.

Plus... I'm pretty fond of how my solo navigates the harmonies.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? A real highlight was recording in the studio with master drummer Billy Hart and trumpeter Eddie Henderson (with Christopher Dean Sullivan on bass) a "revisit" of music they first recorded with Herbie Hancock's "Mwandishi" Band in 1971 and 1972.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? More composing, recording, and performing projects, learning about and generating new ideas and trying them out.
