In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is from 2005, when my brother played me my first Neurofunk track. The dark energy and heavy Reese basslines instantly hooked me and pushed me toward producing and DJing.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Ed Rush, Optical, FABRICLIVE 82: Ed Rush & Optical Skynet, Stakka, Clockwork (Mixed By Stakka & Skynet) I chose these albums because they shaped my taste for dark, technical drum and bass. “Clockwork” pulled me in with its precision and sci-fi edge, while “FABRICLIVE 82” captures the raw energy that first inspired me to DJ.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Insects” I chose Insects because it’s one of my favorite tracks I’ve produced. The dark, rolling Neurofunk basslines and intricate percussion make it stand out, and performing it live always gets an amazing reaction from the crowd.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? One of my most memorable moments was playing at Pirate Station Festival in Russia for 10,000 fans. Feeling the crowd react to my Neurofunk tracks live was electrifying and gave me an unforgettable sense of connection and achievement.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? One big goal left on my bucket list is to perform at Pirate Station Festival for a crowd of 20,000-50,000 people. Experiencing that massive energy and connecting with such a huge audience would be a dream come true for me as an artist.
