Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
One of my earliest musical memories is being a kid, holding a hairbrush, and singing in the mirror. Imagining I was performing for a crowd, or recording a music video.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Mariah Carey, Music Box
Selena, Dreaming Of You
Whitney Houston, The Bodyguard (Original Soundtrack Album)
This was not an easy task to perform, but I would have to say each of these records holds a special place both in my life and my trajectory as a singer. The years they were released played a pivitol role in my development as well.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
I have been blessed with many magical moments during my journey as Brian Michael. I would have to say performing for the Latin Grammys in 2010 was a true honor - especially opening for La Mafia.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
Absolutely. There are many dreams and goals still left to concur. We live in uncertain times, and priorities may have shifted for many of us, but music is something that still holds power and meaning in this world - we have to continue to honor that.
