About Bullet
The muscular, straightforward hard rock/metal sound of Swedish group Bullet is heavily influenced by genre legends like AC/DC and Judas Priest. The group was formed in Växjö in 2001 by singer Dag "Hell" Hofer and guitarist Hampus Klang. Building its reputation with live performances across Sweden, Bullet presented their debut album Heading for the Top in 2006 and gained additional exposure when Iron Maiden's Bruce Dickinson played their song "Turn It Up Loud" on his BBC radio show. In 2012, the group signed with Nuclear Blast to release their fourth album Full Pull, moving to SPV/Steamhammer for their sixth record Dust to Gold. Touring with groups such as HammerFall and Primal Fear, Bullet were slowed down by the 2020 pandemic before returning in 2026 with their seventh album Kickstarter.
