Artist Biography
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I was 3 years old when my father (always my biggest fan) would lift me onto the cocktail table to sing for our dinner guests while they had martinis. Our dog, a Dalmatian named Chessy loved olives, so I'd sing and he'd catch olives in his mouth.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beth Nielsen Chapman, Beth Nielsen Chapman: Greatest Hits Linda Ronstadt, Hasten Down the Wind Taylor Swift, 1989 From her heartbreak in Lose Again, to her harmonies with Don Henly on the title track, this album by Linda Ronstadt is my go-to. Taylor Swift is a once-in-a-lifetime artist. Historic talent. Outstanding songwriter & vocals to match.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “The Gift (feat. David Corey & Jim Brickman)” I spent my career on the radio in Boston and along the way, I met Grammy nominee, Jim Brickman. I asked him if I could sing his song, The Gift and he said yes. And the best part? I got to play my song on the radio.
