About Capuchin
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
My earliest memory was experimenting with music production with PYRONIA, who ultimately mastered “Sedona” and "Aspens".
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Bonobo, Fragments
Four Tet, Sixteen Oceans
Sampha, Lahai
I chose these 3 albums because have great drums, melodies, vocals and textures, that feature many different instruments that fit perfectly together in the end product. These 3 stand out to me from these artists because they just form perfect albums.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Sedona”
I chose this one as it started out my career in music, and is the song that begins to represent my signature sound.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
My debut on the decks and in music was at the “Fête de la musique” in Bordeaux. I was invited to play with a group of established DJs and it was the best and most memorable moment in my music career so far.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
As a rising artist, I’ve got loads of things left on my bucket list, but my focus right now is to keep up the producing and build the infrastructure of Capuchin.
