In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I've always loved writing songs. When I was around 5 years old I remember writing an instrumental song on the piano called "Sunset". I loved how I could express the feeling of watching the sunset in music. After that my mom sent me for music lessons.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Coldplay, Viva La Vida or Death and All His Friends

"Flood" by Jars of clay was an anthem for me in my final year of high school. I loved the honest songwriting and creativity in the music. Coldplay had a huge influence on me as piano player. "A collision" is a work of art, like a sonata of old.

“Dankie Vir Hierdie Tyd”
I wrote the song "Dankie vir hierdie tyd" while sitting in the Bushveld watching the sunset. I feel closest to God when I'm in nature and it's always been my favourite time of the day when the Master Creator puts His art on display for all to see.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
My praise song, “Alles nuut”, was recorded by influential Christian artist, Rouchelle Liedemann on her SAMA-nominated album “Nuwe begin” in 2009 and the live CD/DVD “Gospel skouspel 2012”.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I love to collaborate with other songwriters and artists and there are projects to be released later in 2023 and 2024. I hope to continue writing and connecting with artists from all over the world to tell stories of hope, God's love and redemption.
