About chace.
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
My first vivid memory of participating in a musical moment was picking up a djembe at 5. My parents both being hippy types used to go to a drum circle, often I would hang out doing my own thing, but on this one day I grabbed a drum and played along.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Michael Jackson, Thriller
Nas, Illmatic
Nirvana, Nevermind
This is an impossible question, so I tried to think of albums that have not aged a day since I first heard them. All three of these have had a profound impact on my artistry.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“for ben”
This song is dedicated to one of my closest friends from college days. A phenomenal guitarist and even better human, if not for him I wouldn't be the musician or human being I am today. I miss him dearly.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
The first time I got paid to perform for real. A member of a Harvard frat had seen one of our shows at the middle east and booked us to play a private party, was a legendary night. I've done much bigger things since but this was a huge moment
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band?
I've been blessed to travel and share my music but there's so much more touring to do and places to see, I wanna come to your city!
