About Charlie Benante
Charlie Benante is best known as the drummer for thrash metal legends Anthrax and crossover agitators Stormtroopers of Death. A dual-threat, Benante's long tenure with Anthrax has been spent both behind the kit and behind the scenes, having co-written a sizeable portion of the band's material alongside guitarist Scott Ian. In 2021 Benante released his debut solo LP, the highly collaborative Silver Linings.
