Cheat Codes is a Los Angeles electronic music trio comprising producers and DJs Trevor Dahl, Matthew Russell, and KEVI.
â Their breakthrough single, 2016âs âSex,â incorporated lyrics from Salt-N-Pepaâs hit âLetâs Talk About Sexâ and was a collaboration with the Dutch DJs Kris Kross Amsterdam.
â In 2017, Cheat Codes reached the top 40 of the Billboard Hot 100 with the Platinum-certified Demi Lovato collaboration âNo Promises.â
â As remixers, theyâve reimagined songs by U2 (âLove Is Bigger Than Anything In Its Wayâ), Kelly Clarkson (âSecond Windâ), Liam Payne (âLive Foreverâ), and Katy Perry (âSwish Swishâ).
â Theyâre known for eclectic collaborations, teaming up with such pop stars as Little Mix, DJs Kaskade, and Afrojack, as well as with rappers Fetty Wap and Trippie Redd.
