Better known to Spanish television audiences as Chipper Cooke, Chipper was a contestant on Operación Triunfo, Spain's version of an American Idol-style franchise, and he finished third in the 2008 edition. His most notable moment came when, after performing, his husband was allowed on-stage and the two shared a passionate kiss, much to the delight of the audience.
