Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Being backstage at a show in Queens, NY, where Nas, Mobb Deep, and others were performing. I was 21, and some of the same childhood friends I used to make beats with on the staircase steps in the Projects were now opening acts. That sparked a fire.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Chanté Moore, A Love Supreme Mary J. Blige, My Life Bonus Track Version Nas, Illmatic A Love Supreme showed me how elegance and emotion shape sound. Illmatic captured my roots in New York City—raw and real. My Life taught me the power of pain and testimony, which now fuels how I share my walk with Christ through music.
