In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory is singing my first solo in the church choir. I remember being forced to sing by my mother. I used to think singing was "girly". It turns out, I really enjoyed it.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Israel & New Breed, Live from Another Level (Live) Mary Mary, Thankful Yolanda Adams, Mountain High... Valley Low These were the first albums that I every owned as a kid. I had them all on tape! A lot of my music styling to this day have roots in these three albums.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “He Reigns” This song represents the beginning of my artistic journey. I wrote it in 2016 and released it in 2021. It's where it all began and i'm extremely proud of the record.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My live recording in June 2021! I remember looking out into a crowded room being amazed that so many people cared and enjoyed my music. A "wow" moment for sure! My song "He Reigns LIVE" is actually a recording from that night. Check it out!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? SO MANY THINGS! Tour! Travel! Make more music! Collab with more amazing artists. The list goes on! We are just getting started!
