About Comasoft
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I saw the cover of an Air Supply record and I thought it was cool because it was drawn and I loved drawing at a kid. I begged my parents to get it for me, but had no idea what the music sounded like... Maybe a little of the emo/romantic stuff stuck?
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Placebo, Sleeping with Ghosts
The Cure, Disintegration 2010 Remaster
Type O Negative, October Rust
Each of these records have a lush and beautiful atmosphere from start to finish. They are packed with emotion and beauty.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song.
“Warship”
This song was written in the depths of COVID lockdown. It just feels cold and dark. I guess how I felt. The metaphor is strange. Nautically themed WWII imagery set to a refusal to accept religious doctrine as a savior for the dark times at hand.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
Headlining Metro in Chicago. It's just a goal that every Chicago band has and I was lucky enough to do it a few times.
