Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I discovered an old acoustic guitar in the attic when I was a kid. It belonged to my great grandfather. It was warped and in a strange tuning from the humidity. I figured out the notes of the tuning and saved it. I've since used it in several songs.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Beach House, Depression Cherry Bon Iver, Bon Iver, Bon Iver Fleet Foxes, Helplessness Blues These are three albums I often return to. They gave me the courage to allow myself to make music. I consider them to be a large part of my identity.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Sudden Spring” It was early 2020 and I was burned out. There was a lot of uncertainty but I managed to create something I found beautiful at the time. It felt like I truly captured a moment for once and everything fell into place. It felt natural.
