More of a repeating habit than a specific incident: Ever since I was a child and till today, I tap rhythms
on my chest and body (body drums) at every free second of the day. In the shower, going to get a snack from the fridge etc. My parents love it

The Score by the Fugees is one of my all time favorite albums. I was obsessed with it as a teen and still listen to it today. Chick Corea and Keith Jarrett are my favorite jazz artists and have shaped my identity as a both a composer and a pianist.

I love "I Am Now" because I think it has the perfect balance between a song that is melodic and catchy, and one that surprises and challenges the listener. I also love this performance by vocalist Kéren and the band. Check it out!
