Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. One of my earliest memory is banging on African drums with my family in the living room. Another is running around in circles and jumping off countertops in my basement, listening to old tapes with my friend.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Something from Nothing” I recently started a family, and I wrote this one for my daughter and her mom. The act of creation is beautiful and elemental, and the lyrics speak to that love.
