In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. When I was around three years old, I was gifted a CD player. One of my fav CD’s were of Destiny’s Child. I went on to the spring pageant in kindergarten, ‘Crazy in Love’ played and I took it all the way down to the floor!
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Won’t Be Stupid” ‘Won’t Be Stupid’ was my first ever recorded song. I wrote this when I was seventeen around the time I was nearing graduation, honestly, it was unfinished but the lyrics are so relatable that I didn’t feel right not sharing it.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Working on set of my debut music video, ‘Cursive’, was life changing. Seeing myself in action from the other side showed me that I’m built for this. I’m looking forward to expanding my creativity beyond audio, moving on to the big screen!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? There’s so much in store for me. I can’t wait to tour! I’m definitely looking forward to collaborating with my favorite artists and making all sorts of music that’ll last forever!
