Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My earliest musical memory as a small child was watching the Beatles on the Ed Sullivan Show. It had a huge influence on my musical sensibilities. Also, around that time I recall hearing The In Crowd by Ramsey Lewis. I love the vibe of that song.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Keith Jarrett, Facing You Steely Dan, Gaucho The L.A. Express, Tom Scott, Tom Cat Facing You - Brilliant solo piano. I bought this record for my girlfriend in high school and she loved it. Tom Cat - Larry Nash's solo on Rock Island Rocket still resonates with me. Gaucho - The Rhodes sound and performance on Babylon Sisters.

Tell us why you chose this song. “Piano Improvisation #1” I sat down and played a number of piano improvisations one afternoon and this one was a highlight. It represents an accumulation of all of my influences over the years.
