In the artistās words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Music was huge in my house. Mum loved Gospel, dad listened to Reggae and Lovers Rock, and big sis enjoyed R&B. But my big bro introduced me to Hip-Hop and UK Garage. I still remember seeing So Solid Crew's 21 seconds video on TV for the first time.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on AppleĀ Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bob Marley & The Wailers, Legend: The Best of Bob Marley and the Wailers (Deluxe Edition) Deluxe Edition Dizzee Rascal, Boy In Da Corner Kendrick Lamar, To Pimp a Butterfly Each of these albums represents an integral side of myself. My heritage (Bob), my adolescence (Dizzee) and my faith & vulnerabilities (Kendrick). I don't think I'd be the person I am today without those albums, they shaped the way I see the world.
Find a song of yours on AppleĀ Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. āHow Long?ā I feel like every dreamer can relate to the feeling of desperation in this song. I was only able to write it once I had reached the end of myself. It's a reminder to myself, and anyone else who may be struggling, to keep going, no matter what.
