What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? John McLaughlin, Electric Guitarist Todd Rundgren, Initiation Yes, Close to the Edge Yes, John, and Todd were embracing the past & imagining the future. Rock, jazz, world music w classical idea development, poetic lyrics... made me high on music. Opened my eyes to new worlds. Inspires me still, in every song, every album I've made.

When I recorded Candy Apple Red Tenor Wall, I was having fun, following the muse, and the results made me smile. Thanks.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? My trio, Wertico Cain & Gray, released "Sound Portraits" and won the Independent Music Award for Best Live Performance (2013). It was the first time that Paul, Larry & I had ever performed together, without a rehearsal, & totally spontaneous music!
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? My bucket list is searching for new sounds, new ways to create sounds and compositions, new opportunities to create the future. It's a never ending list in an always full bucket of ideas. Keeps me going.
