Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. A late Sunday in the township. A grootman played records from his stoep. The tempo was slow, sitting at under 111 BPM. The low-frequency rumble shook the windows, yet the atmosphere was peaceful. That chest-rattling bass became our sonic foundation.
