Artist Biography
After five years of folksinging around California, Ohio-native Denise McCann joined a rock band in 1972. She moved to Vancouver and later signed a contract with Polydor and released two singles in 1976-77. "It Still Hurts" didn't do very well, but "Tattoo Man" established her as the Disco Queen of Canada. Her 1977 self-titled debut was followed by Midnight Man in 1979. ~ John Bush
