Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
I remember my mother had booked my three siblings and I a gig at a parade as kids. We had performed together, dancing through the street for the parade. I believe we were in Atlanta, and we had just moved down there. I knew I was born to do this.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Halsey, BADLANDS
Rihanna, ANTI
SZA, SOS
I chose these three albums because they are seminal works of vulnerability in their own different ways. ANTI is Rihanna at her most personal, showing us a glimpse behind the pop star.
SZA and Halsey both dive into the messiness of love and life.

I chose this song because it speaks to me in a raw, vulnerable way. I often find myself gravitating towards songs that have a message. Whether that message is serious or not doesn't matter to me. This song makes me feel seen in a world where I'm not.
