About DillanPonders
Appealing to stoned revelers, yearning romantics, and introspective loners alike, prolific rapper DillanPonders adapts to myriad production styles ranging from raucous to atmospheric. The Toronto native debuted in 2011, and with tracks such as the blaring, trap-styled "Stamina," attained enough clout to be featured in XXL magazine's 2016 feature "10 Canadian Artists You Should Know." Before the end of the decade, he had released over a dozen solo projects including Retox, No Mans Land, and Knowhere. Dillan hit another gear in 2020 with Because We're Alive, a more commercial set that paid off when "King of the Town" and the Ruby Waters collaboration "Jungle" became two of his most-played songs. In 2022, he was behind the EP-length Mushrooms & Melodies, the full-lengths Album Mode and Album Mode, Vol. 2, and a slew of singles highlighted by "Planet Ponders."
