Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. My mama used to sang most songs better than the old records she played. But, one of my favorites was when I went to go see The Jackson’s Destiny Tour at the Checker Dome with my Aunty Brenda and her family, back in like 1981 or so. That was the Best!
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Kanye West, The College Dropout Michael Jackson, Thriller N.W.A, Efil4zaggin Mike kinda sculpted my love for singing. NWA introduced me to Gangsta Rap. But Kanye showed the world that you can’t put a cap off an artiste’s ability. I’m a Recording/ Engineering Producer who Raps, Sings and much more…
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Get Dat Dough (feat. J-Lord & Louie MF)” I actually wrote this, among many other songs while in the joint, when I was teaching myself how to control sound and melodies. I was able to re record this song after coming home and graduating from Ex’treem Institute by Nelly, with J-Lord, my alum.
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far? Opening for Bone Crusher and J.R., within the same month, during my first year of freedom, at the begging of my live performance stage as a rapper.
Is there anything left on your bucket list as an artist or band? To do a song with Weezy F Baby, J. Cole, Lil Baby and T.I.
