Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail.
When I was very young my parents used to play me their favorite rock n roll records. This early exposure to The Beatles, Bob Dylan, Hank Williams, Paul McCartney and Aretha Franklin is what inspired me to write the songs you will find on iTunes.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular?
Bob Dylan, Street-Legal (Remastered)
The Beatles, Magical Mystery Tour
The Rolling Stones, Hackney Diamonds
Magical Mystery Tour…I love the sound of the Beatles during this period. Street Legal…I appreciate Bob Dylan’s lavish production and epic songs. And Hackney Diamonds…what can I say? I am so grateful we still have the Stones!

“The Detail Man”
I had a lot of fun recording The Detail Man with my friends. It is a catchy, pop/folk song forged with a driving rock n roll backbeat. You will be singing along before the end of the song. “Jimmy Carter was a friend of mine!”
What’s one of the most memorable moments in your career so far?
It is hard to pick the most memorable moment. It is a tie between the fun year I have had in the recording the songs for Don’t Get Me Wrong in the studio in the East Village vs. playing all the songs live at the 11th Street Bar in October.
