Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. We used to sit down on the floor in the sunroom & sing rounds & other harmonies as a family. I hated church but I loved singing. We'd practice in the sunroom & we'd practice at church. This taught me how to hear & trust MY voice. Singing soothes pain
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on AppleĀ Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Junior Kimbrough, You Better Run: The Essential Junior Kimbrough Radiohead, Hail to the Thief Sade, Lovers Rock These are all albums that mean a lot to me. Albums that I can just press play, be present with every single song, and still remember how they made me feel the first time I ever heard them. All are artists that inspire me to this day.
