Artist Biography
In the artist’s words:
Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. I grew up around authentic Reggae and Dancehall Music. As a child, whether it was during a trip to the countryside, or being at one of those original street dances with my cousins, it was always a surreal moment being around Reggae and Dancehall.
What are your top 3 all-time favorite albums on Apple Music, and why? Why did you choose these three albums in particular? Bad Bunny, X 100PRE Paul Simon, Graceland (25th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) Various Artists, Sly & Robbie Present More Baltimore I love the sounds of authentic Reggae and Dancehall. Sly & Robbie's Album reminds me of that nostalgia. I've been a fan of Paul Simon since childhood, and adore the rhythm of the African influence of Graceland. X 100PRE influenced my latin style.
Find a song of yours on Apple Music that you love and tell us what makes it special. Tell us why you chose this song. “Full Up” This was one of my more aggressive attempts at breaking the scene. This track is sentimental to me as it encompasses the bouncy and raunchy Dancehall scene that all Jamaicans and the world at large know and love. You can feel the vibe or the party.
